How Face Yoga Can Help?

Face yoga involves working out your facial muscles. How are facial muscles related to your jaw pain? Here's how. When you experience jaw pain, the muscles of your jaws become tense and stiff and can develop tender muscle knots in them.

When given sufficient care, the facial muscles will help ease your jaw pain and also help in future occurrences of jaw pain. When you move or massage your facial muscles, two things occur:

  1. An improvement in blood flow to the muscles and jaw.

  2. Strengthening of the muscles attached to the jaw.

By targeting these two functions, you will significantly improve your jaw pain.

So, let's start with the five most effective and straightforward face yoga poses for your jaw pain.
