After subscribing to any of Nirva's programs, you have 14 days to request a refund. After 14 days from the date of purchase, refunds will not be issued.
If you are on a subscription plan with us, you can cancel the subscription at any time. After you cancel, all future payments will be paused. You will not receive refunds for payments that have already been made before the cancellation date.
Within 14 days of subscribing, you can drop us a mail at care@nirvahealth.com requesting the refund, and the refund will be processed in 7-10 business days.
You can cancel your subscription anytime by informing your health coach or by dropping an email to care@nirvahealth.com.
